Black Leadership Pennsylvania (BLPA) is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering Black Pennsylvanians by educating, engaging, and mobilizing them to vote in elections and take action on key policy issues affecting their communities. Our mission is to increase Black voter turnout and advance a bold policy agenda that improves Black Pennsylvanians' economic, social, and political well-being. Through grassroots organizing, advocacy, leadership development, and strategic partnerships, BLPA seeks to build Black political power, shape public policy, and create lasting change.
